How long have you been in business?

We started our business in Littleton, Massachusetts in 2022.

What makes YouPick different from other care package companies?

We provide the customer with choices to create a unique package specific to the wants of the recipient. Rather than send a package where the snacks are preselected by the company, we give the customer options to choose the most desired snacks for their loved one.

Where do you ship?

We can ship anywhere in the US for a flat rate shipping fee for the lower 48 states. Additional shipping charges will apply for Hawaii, Alaska or overseas.

What payments do you accept?

We accept any major credit card as well as Paypal.

How soon do you ship?

We ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. With the flat rate shipping, orders will be received by the recipient in 2-5 business days.

Do you offer any choices with the pamper package?

As of right now, the pamper package is prepared with the items listed. If you do want to substitute one item for another, feel free to email us and we will try to accomodate.

Do you take suggestions for new snack selections?

Absolutely! We look forward to hearing from our customers what they would prefer to see in our inventory for each available package. Please use the ‘Contact Us’ form and send us your suggestions.
